The FLOWSERVE plant in Desio chooses Alfaproject.net for a digital and 100% paperless logistics.
Following a process analysis activity, the project to implement the LOG iN – WMS platform was started to make the logistics of the Desio (MB) production plant traced and efficient.
The project also includes the complete re-layout of the warehouse for an organization of the spaces in accordance with the new production requirements and a LEAN management of inbound and preparation processes.
Axter is the partner that will provide portable terminals, printers and all the technology to support the project.
