On Friday, November 18, 2016, during the meeting organized by Mevis S.p.A. at the plant in Rosà (VI), the MOVE project, developed on the LOG iN platform of Alfaproject.net, was officially presented and launched.
The project, actually operating on the entire plant from the beginning of 2017, allows Mevis S.p.A. to:
– produce the quantities required by the market in PULL logic
– manage and coordinate logistics activities through an electronic Kanban
– organize at best the quality control activities
– manage maintenance requests priority of the entire plant
During the event Alessandro Dandolo, CEO of Alfaproject.net, gave a speech on the Industry 4.0 and how companies need to evolve to face an increasingly complex and competitive future.
At the end of the project a video was shown illustrating the boundaries, the operating system and advantages of the project.
