Castellanza 21/05/21 – The project provides an activity of analysis and re-engineering relative to the logistic processes and the whole supply chain by involving all the plant departments and Chimar’s engeneering support (www.chimar.eu) as PetrolValves’ logistic operator.
The digitization process will be supported by the implementation of the LOG iN – WMS platform by Alfaproject.net, which allows a remote and paperless management of all the logistic activities and the traceability of materials.
The digitization will not only involve the internal processes but also the material and service suppliers so to improve the traceability of materials and governance of processing for an integrated supply chain.
This will allow PetrolValves to optimize their activities of entry, stocking, picking, kitting and shipment of goods to improve also their visibility on logistic and manufacturing processes, to ensure more effective planning and management and therefore to improve on-time-delivery performance.
