Seastema SpA, a subsidiary of Fincantieri which operates in the design, development and implementation of integrated marine automation systems, chooses Alfaproject.net and REvolution platform for re-engineering business processes and supply chain of the Entertainment Division.

Project description:
The project, which began in May 2016, requested an analysis and mapping of business, logistics and of the entire supply chain processes, other then an identification of the inefficient process areas. Subsequently came the re-engineering of processes and definition of operating procedures and performance indicators to be monitored to manage the entire process of provision of real-time systems and services.

The final phase of the project has seen the introduction of REvolution Alfaproject.net platform and its configuration to support in Digital mode the entire business process from the acquisition of the order until the management and control on installation activities on ship board.
