A structured approach in three phases:

AS-IS quantitative analysis
We collect and read flow data to build a quantitative picture of real operations. We observe volumes, mix, lead time, WIP, saturation levels, bottlenecks, throughput times, coordination criticalities and variability. This phase serves to separate perceptions from facts. It is the first step for any serious continuous improvement kaizen consulting project or waste reduction in production.

TO-BE modeling
We build alternative and comparable scenarios. We can work on re-layout, flow rules, automation levels, feeding models, activity organization, integration between departments or systems. There is no single TO-BE: there are hypotheses to be compared transparently.

Impact and priority analysis
For each scenario we assess expected capacity, timing, complexity, risks, investment and estimated payback. The result is not a theoretical document, but a decision-making basis that helps management understand what to do, in what order, with which quick wins and along which roadmap. In strategic materials, this output is described as the most solid technical specification for guiding decisions and suppliers.
