Luxottica – new operative instructions and training

In view of the kick off of the REvolution project, scheduled on 15 January 2015, Alfaproject.net carried out the training at the Returns department of the Sedico plant. The training included the new operative instructions for the department and the training on the use and management of the REvolution platform.

More than 80 operators were trained in two days.
