Alfaproject.net, as a completion of its analysis and definition of logistic support for new FREMM class frigates of the Italian Navy, has been invited to participate as a speaker at the Logistics Seminar 2016 organized by Maricomlog at the Logistics Command in Nisida (NA).
The topics covered during the seminar will be:
-Obsolescence management
-Spare parts management
-Optimization of maintenance
-Naval Units disposal
Alessandro Dandolo of Alfaproject.net will give a talk entitled “From product innovation to process innovation” within the session dedicated to maintenance optimization.
The seminar will be held in Nisida at the Logistics Command of the Italian Navy on 9 and 10 May 2016.
