The project involves the implementation of the LOG iN – MOM platform of Alfaproject.net for digital and real-time management of the logistics and production activities of the Marcon (VE) plant.

All this will allow EUROFIBRE to optimize logistics and production management, integrate the factory management system with the production plants and have real-time visibility on the status of production orders, ensuring more effective planning, improving on-time delivery .

The MOM project initiative, desired and followed directly by EUROFIBRE management who strongly believes that digitalisation is the key to facing the challenges of the coming years, will allow completely digital management of all production, logistics, maintenance and quality activities .
