Saccolongo (PD) 21/02/22 – GIBUS entrusts Alfaproject.net the project MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) to optimize and digitize the industrial processes from the Industry 4.0 point of view (https://www.gibus.com/it).

The project includes an activity of analysis and re-engineering of the productive and logistic processes and of the whole supply chain by involving all the operative departments of the plant and willl be supported by the implementation of the platform LOG iN – MOM by Alfaproject.net.

All this will allow GIBUS to optimize the materials management, integrate the productive processes with the logist ones and gain a real-time visibility on the status of the production orders so to grant a more efficient planning and management so to improve the on-time-delivery.

The initiative of the MOM project was desired and followed directly by GIBUS management who strongly believe that digitation is the key to face the challenges of the next years and will allow a completely digital management of all the activities connected to production, logistics, maintenance and quality.
