Alfaproject.net and NPO Sistemi were chosen by SABIANA to update the operative processes of the production logistic plant in Magenta and plan modern and efficient logistics.

The project includes an activity of analysis and re-engineering of the logistic processes involving all operative departments of the plant and implementing a new model to manage materials in order to react promptly to the new challenges of the market.

This will allow SABIANA to optimize the following activities: goods entry, stocking, picking, preparation and shipping and improve the visibility on the logistic-productive processes thus granting a more efficient planning and real-time monitoring.

The initiative was taken and supported directly by the management who wants to keep the high level of service offered to the clients and cut the operative inefficiencies.
