Requirements:
- Analysis and re-engineering of processes for managing the logistics of worldwide IVECO spare parts carried in complete outsourcing to Kuehne + Nagel.
- Identification of processes and technologies that enable a significant improvement in quality and quantity of service logistics management in support of the end customer and fully traceable parts from the supplier/manufacturer up to the dealer.
- Finding technological solutions which can support the certification of original spare parts.
Solution:
- Re-engineering of processes Inflow, Mass in Stock, Picking and Shipping and introduction of Paperless technology and RFID support
- Tagging of the parts during inflow and acceptance, management of Picking and Packing in RFID and RFID control the correct charge of the car.
