Logistics management of the new automated warehouse of finished product and semifinished products of Came Cancelli site in Dosson di Casier (TV).

Requirements:

  • Analysis and re-engineering processes for receiving, quality control and acceptance of finished and semifinished products enabling the company to automate some processes and improve the traceability and the occupation of space.
  • Improving the quality of the picking activities and automation of control processes of proper preparation of the UDS.
  • Certification and Automation check the load on the cars of the UDS.
  • Identification and traceability of the packaging with a perfect bond with the serial engine.

Solution:

  • Re-engineering of processes Inflow, Mass in Stock, Picking and Shipping and introduction of RFID technology to support.
  • Tagging of the products in the packaging phase at the Community production and sending to the central warehouse.
  • Input, control, compliance with and acceptance of products bubble through RFID gates integrated with industrial scale, and delivery of the identified pallet to the automated warehouse.
  • Creation of procedures for packaging and labeling with tags neck as a result of the compliance audit of how RFID pallet tracking, and proper loading of the car during shipping.
