Requirements:
- Traceability of the status of preparation of Trolley
- Identification of the trolley and its localization
- Automation of the status and location steps on the order management system
- Certification of delivery of the Trolley to the production line and its drain on Information Systems
- Sending homogeneous data to the manufacturer in real time
Activities:
- Feasibility study on the application of tracking technologies
- Description of the necessary operational flows for the implementation of the technology
- Feasibility study on TAG RFiD employment
Results:
- Manual processes limited to the truck packing only
- Use of RFID technology for the trolley localization
- Implementation of a reading areas management system for real-time tracking of the trolley
- Mapping of the tracking parocess management and integration of information systems
